Kindergarten Round-Up is continuing at Kincheloe tomorrow 8/12/22. If you live in the boundary of Kincheloe Elementary please call the school at 269-782-4464 and we will help get your student registered for Fall 2022.

The Dowagiac Union School's Technology Department will be selling equipment Monday May 23rd from 3-5pm that is no longer being used in the District. The following equipment is available for sale: notebook computers starting at $40 each; Chromebooks starting at $30 each. The sale will be held at the Technology Office (same building as the Autoshop). Come to the door facing Lowe St, Monday May 23rd from 3-5pm. For questions call 269-782-4477.
The first grade at Kincheloe Elementary received a grant from MEC (Midwest Energy & Communications) to purchase a subscription for Generation Genius, a science and math program with videos, lesson plans and activities. Since we were in the middle of the school year, the subscription was prorated and we were able to purchase the program for both classrooms, as well as flashlights for a science lesson on light. We love the program, and the students look forward to the videos and lessons!
Fitch Camp is now open for registration for students in second through fifth grade.

The staff at Kincheloe Elementary are making plans for the next school year.
We will be having a Kindergarten Meet and Greet (for incoming kindergarteners) on April 28th from 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Kincheloe Elementary. Please bring your completed packet along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate, shot record and a proof of residency. Don't worry if you don't get a packet in time, we will have them available on April 28th as well.
All children who will be five years of age by September 1, 2022, may enter school this fall. If you have a child who will be eligible, please contact the office at 782-4464. We will get you added to the list!
