The DUHS Rotary Interact Club worked with the Dowagiac Rotarians to raise funds for the village of Kyoga, Uganda in Africa to complete a well and water filtration project. This project will provide clean water for 700 households. It will allow safe and easy access to clean water without having to travel a far distance to get it. This project was recently completed and the Interactors were excited to receive photos and videos showing the completed well and filtration system! Our Interactors are proud to be making a difference locally, as well as internationally!
