The Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on June 8, 2026 in the Media Center at Dowagiac Union High School at 5:00 p.m for the Vacant Board of Education spot. The meeting is open to the public.
The Michigan State Police (MSP) Basketball with a Cop (Troopers on Tour) is coming to Berrien Springs on Wednesday June 24th from 4pm-7pm. This event will be held at Memorial Parks. MSP has partnered with Berrien Springs Oronoko Township Police Department, Berrien County Sheriff's Department and Pokagon Band Tribal Police Department for this event. The event is free, family-friendly featuring games such as basketball and cornhole, food, dancing and information about law enforcement. There is also a free raffle to win a prize.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week

The Dowagiac Schools Technology Department is selling older desktop, notebook, and chromebook computers. Desktop computers are $25, Windows notebook computers and chromebooks start at $20 each. We also have flat screen monitors ($10 each) and few older hard drives (starting at $1). The quantities are very limited. Please call 269-782-4477 to set up a time for pickup.
